The Center will email you everything you need to begin using SurveyShare (usually within 48 hours of the request) including:

• UNC Charlotte SurveyShare Quick Start Guide
• Username
• Password

All fields are required and you must use your University email address for verification.  If you would like us to carbon copy to another address, please state that in the body of your comment.
