What is Wimba?

Wimba Classroom allows students and instructors to meet synchronously online, launching live sessions directly from Moodle or Blackboard Vista courses. You can meet, learn and collaborate from your home or office using multi-way audio and video, application sharing and content display.

Wimba can also be used for online meetings, professional development, and webinars. All Wimba sessions may be recorded – capturing voice, chat and content – for review anytime, anywhere.
